Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. Who we are
Indigenous Praxis is a business software brand operated by Turritopsis Private Limited, Survey No. 343/2 and 343/4, Plot No. 11, Madhav Park Industrial Area, Tativela, Opp. Podar International School, Veraval–Somnath Bypass Road, Veraval, Gir Somnath, Gujarat 362266, India (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through indigenouspraxis.com (the “website”) and our business applications at app.indigenouspraxis.com and related sub-domains (the “applications”).
2. Information we collect on the website
When you submit the demo or contact form, we collect:
- your full name, business name, business email address, contact number and country;
- the product you are interested in and any description you choose to give;
- the time you agreed to this policy and the exact consent wording you saw;
- for spam and abuse prevention: a one-way coded version of your internet (IP) address, which cannot be turned back into the address, and your browser's user-agent string.
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not include third-party tracking scripts. Our fonts are served from our own server. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
3. How we use website information
- To respond to your request, arrange a demonstration and discuss pricing or access.
- To keep a record of enquiries and of your consent.
- To protect the website against spam and misuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
4. Information in our applications
When a business uses our applications, that business decides what information its team enters, such as names, contact details, messages, attachments, tasks, attendance records and business figures. We process that information to provide the service to that business, under its instructions. Questions about that information should first go to the business that gave you access. [To be confirmed: data-processing terms for customer organisations]
5. Who can see your information
- Only authorised people within Indigenous Praxis can see demo requests. The website service itself can store requests but cannot read them back.
- We use infrastructure providers to run our services, such as our server hosting provider. [To be confirmed: list of service providers / sub-processors, including any email provider used for notifications]
- We may disclose information where the law requires it.
6. Where information is stored and how long we keep it
Our website and applications run on servers we manage. [To be confirmed: hosting location / country of servers] We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them. [To be confirmed: retention period, e.g. 24 months after last contact] Encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days.
7. How we protect information
All connections to our services are encrypted with HTTPS. Access is limited by role. Application passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and databases are backed up nightly with encryption. More detail is on our Security page. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or nominate another person to exercise these rights. To make a request, contact us at info@indigenoushoney.com.
Grievance Officer: [To be confirmed: Grievance Officer name and contact].
9. Children
Our website and applications are meant for businesses and are not directed at children.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
