Draft for review. This document has been prepared for legal and business review and is not yet final. Highlighted items still need to be confirmed. Until it is approved, please contact us using the contact form with any questions.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of indigenouspraxis.com and of the Indigenous Praxis applications, which are provided by Turritopsis Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the website or the applications, you agree to these terms.

2. The website

The website describes our products and lets you request a demonstration. We try to keep it accurate. Product descriptions show features that are live today, and features that are not built yet are marked as planned. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell a subscription at a particular price.

3. Access to the applications

Access to the applications is currently arranged directly with our team. Each customer organisation's access, fees and any service commitments will be set out in a separate written agreement or order form. [To be confirmed: customer agreement / order form template] If those documents conflict with these terms, they take priority.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

  • Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Your organisation's administrators control who has access and with which permissions.
  • Do not misuse the services: no attempts to break security, overload systems, reverse-engineer the software, upload unlawful or malicious content, or access other organisations' information.

5. Your content

Your organisation owns the information it puts into the applications. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide, secure and support the service. [To be confirmed: data export and deletion on termination]

6. Our software

We own the software, design and branding of Indigenous Praxis. You may use the applications only as allowed by your organisation's agreement with us.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the services available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless a separate agreement says so. We may improve or change features, and we will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes. [To be confirmed: any service-level commitment]

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. Termination for paid plans will follow your organisation's agreement. [To be confirmed: notice periods, refunds and data retention after termination]

9. Liability

[To be confirmed: limitation of liability and disclaimer wording — to be drafted by legal counsel]

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India [To be confirmed: governing law and jurisdiction (courts of which city)].
