Team & department chat
Company-wide, department and direct chats with live updates, read receipts, message editing and announcements.
Screenshots & files
Share images (crop or rotate before sending), PDFs, Office documents, spreadsheets and design files.
Tasks from conversations
Mention a person in task mode and the message becomes a task with an owner, priority and due date. You can create several at once.
Assign & reassign
Assign work down the reporting line, reassign it when plans change, and let people log tasks for themselves.
Multi-stage approvals
Reviewers can approve and forward, return a task for correction, or ask for more information. Only the Owner closes a task.
Alerts & notifications
In-app alerts with read/unread status, plus push notifications on phones and desktops.
Automatic evening reports
Daily reports per employee and for the company, created at a set time, with PDF and Excel versions and frozen snapshots.
Dashboards & filters
Open, pending and completed work by person, department, stage, priority and date range.
Complete audit trail
Tasks are never deleted. Every assignment, review, return and approval is recorded with who did it and when.
Accountability that follows your organisation chart.
Axon is built around a reporting tree. People can assign work to those below them, and reviews move up the chain until the Owner gives the final sign-off.
An optional supervisor step can come first. The Owner can approve at any stage, and any skipped steps are recorded as bypassed, never as approved.
