- Every project starts with a feasibility assessment. We will say if something is not practical or better solved another way.

- Hosting, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support are scoped and priced separately.

Is this the same as your software products?
No. Our products (Axon, Sales Tracker, Meta Ads, Attendance) are ready-made applications. Custom software is built for your specific process under a separate project agreement. Sometimes one of our products is a better fit, and we will tell you.
Who owns the code?
Ownership and licensing of custom work is agreed in writing before the project starts.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Usually, if they offer a usable API or data export. We confirm this in the feasibility assessment.
