Beyond Websites. Intelligent Systems for Your Business.
We develop custom business websites integrated with administrative dashboards, AI assistants and business management workflows. Manage your website, content and daily operations through one connected platform.
Every platform is built to your requirements and an agreed scope. You approve every change before it goes live.

Traditional websites vs AI-powered business platforms
A traditional project usually delivers a public website and a content management system. An AI-powered platform connects the website to the way your business actually runs.
| Area | Traditional website | AI-powered business platform |
|---|---|---|
| Updating content | Edit pages in a CMS yourself, or wait for a developer | Ask in plain language. The assistant prepares a draft for you to review |
| Daily operations | Spread across spreadsheets, WhatsApp and email | Enquiries, orders, catalogue and schedules in one dashboard, as scoped |
| Control | Whoever has the login can publish | Roles, drafts and approval before anything goes live |
| History | Little or no record of changes | Versions and an activity log of who changed what, and when |
| Answers about your business | Look it up across several places | Ask the assistant, for example "Which enquiries are still waiting for a reply?" |
| Language | Admin screens in English | Optional instructions in Gujarati, Hindi or English, as scoped |
Public website + smart admin dashboard
Two parts, built together and sharing one source of truth.
Customer-facing website
Professional branding, product or service information, FAQs, articles and enquiry forms. Fast, mobile-friendly and structured for search engines.
Private admin dashboard
A secure area for your team: content, catalogue, enquiries, orders and reports, with each person's access set by role.
Simplified illustrations, not screenshots.
Ask your website to make changes. Review them. Approve them.
Your team does not need to edit source code for routine, approved content changes.
Ask
"Add a question about delivery times to the FAQ." Type in plain language, or attach a photo or document.
Review the draft
The assistant prepares the change as a draft and shows a preview. You can ask it to adjust the wording.
Approve
A person with the right role clicks Confirm. Only then does the change go live, and it is recorded in the activity log.
What the assistant can do
- Answer questions about your website sections, products, enquiries and orders
- Draft new pages, page sections, FAQs, articles and product entries
- Suggest edits to existing content for you to review
- Prepare proposed actions, such as publishing a page or updating a status, for approval
- Work in more than one language, where included in the scope
What it cannot do
- Publish to the live website by itself
- Change prices, availability or customer records without a person's confirmation
- Edit source code, run commands or change user permissions
- Guarantee error-free content or replace your review
Nothing goes live without a person's approval.
Every public-facing change follows the same path: draft, review, approve, publish.
Earlier versions are kept, so a published page can be rolled back. You decide which roles may approve which kinds of change.
- Draft
Created by a team member or prepared by the assistant.
- Review
Previewed exactly as it will appear on the website.
- Approve
Confirmed by someone whose role allows it.
- Publish & record
Goes live, with a version saved and the action logged.
Choose the modules your business needs.
These are configurable capabilities, not features included in every project. Each platform is developed according to your requirements, technical feasibility and an agreed project scope.
Built and in use, not just designed. Our reference platform, built for a made-to-order products business, runs a public website and a private dashboard with an AI assistant, product catalogue, customer orders with status history, a production schedule, availability, website pages with versions, a media library, articles, FAQs, enquiries, reports, an activity log and five staff roles. Its assistant works in Gujarati, Hindi and English. Quotation management is planned for a later phase of that project. The client is not named here, and their screens are not shown without permission.
Where a connected platform helps most
Examples of what a platform could include. Your scope depends on your operations.
Manufacturers & D2C brands
Product catalogue, dealer and customer enquiries, and order requests managed behind the public website.
Farm, food & made-to-order businesses
Product availability, production or harvest schedules and order status in one place.
B2B distributors & traders
Price lists, quotation requests and customer enquiries with a clear trail of who replied.
Education & training institutes
Course pages, admission enquiries, notices and articles kept up to date by staff.
Professional & service firms
Service pages, articles, FAQs and enquiry follow-up without waiting for a developer.
Hospitality & local businesses
Menus, rooms or offers, availability and enquiries, updated the same day.
Safeguards for AI-powered administration
An assistant that can prepare changes to your business system needs firm limits. These safeguards are part of how we design every platform. The exact controls for your project are listed in the proposal.
Individual accounts, hashed passwords and expiring sessions.
Each person sees and changes only what their role allows.
Permissions are checked on the server for every action, not only hidden in the screens.
Public-facing changes are prepared as drafts and confirmed by a person.
The assistant has no direct path to publish, change prices or update customer records by itself.
Who did what and when, including actions requested through the assistant.
The assistant works only through a small set of approved functions. It cannot run commands, edit code, query the database freely or change user permissions.
Text from documents, web pages or enquiries is treated as data, not as instructions, and consequential actions still need human confirmation.
AI and service keys are kept on the server, never in the browser.
Each client's data stays in its own system and is never reused for another client.
A backup and restoration plan agreed for your hosting set-up.
Consequential changes, such as publishing or changing order status, need a deliberate click.
From discovery to a platform your team uses every day
Milestones, approvals and payment terms are agreed in writing in your proposal.
Discovery & requirements
We map your website, your daily operations and who should be allowed to do what.
Scope & module plan
A written proposal lists the modules, integrations, assistant permissions, costs and milestones.
Design
Designs for the public website and the dashboard, approved by you.
Build in a staging environment
Developed and tested on a private copy, never on your live website.
Your testing & approvals
Your team tries the system with real tasks and signs off each milestone.
Launch
Domain, HTTPS, backups and access for each person, set up and checked.
Training
A walkthrough for the people who will use the dashboard and the assistant.
Optional ongoing support
Fixes, improvements and new modules under an agreed support plan.
Discuss your AI website project.
Tell us about your business and what you would like to manage. We'll arrange a discovery call and, if we're a good fit, send a written proposal. Quotes depend on scope, integrations, hosting, support and ongoing AI operating costs. There are no fixed prices.
Questions about AI-powered websites
Does the AI Assistant publish changes on its own?
No. The assistant prepares drafts and proposed changes. Anything that affects the public website, prices, availability or customer records waits for a person with the right role to review it and click Confirm. Which actions need approval is agreed in your project scope.
Can the assistant make mistakes?
Yes. AI can misunderstand an instruction or produce wording that needs correcting, which is exactly why the system is built around drafts, previews and human approval. The assistant does not replace your review, and it cannot guarantee error-free content.
Do we need technical knowledge to use it?
No. Routine, approved content changes are made through the dashboard or by asking the assistant, without editing source code. Larger changes to design or functionality are handled by our developers as part of support.
What does it cost to run?
Every project is quoted after we understand the scope. The quote covers development, plus the running costs that apply to you: hosting, the domain, AI usage (charged by the AI provider according to how much the assistant is used), integrations and ongoing support. There are no fixed public prices.
Which languages can the assistant work in?
English as standard. Instructions in other languages, such as Gujarati or Hindi, can be included in the scope and are tested with your team before launch.
Can you upgrade our existing website instead of starting again?
Often, yes. It depends on how your current website is built. During discovery we will tell you whether we can connect a dashboard to it, or whether a rebuild is the more reliable option.
Who owns the system and the data?
Ownership of code, accounts and hosting is set out in the written proposal. Your business data belongs to you. We never copy one client's customer information, records or credentials into another client's system.
Is this the same as your Software products?
No. Our Software products are ready-made applications. This is a custom service: a platform designed and built for your business, to an agreed scope.
